Sharon is currently completing her Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy degree at the University of Toronto. She holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Behavioural Neuroscience from the University of British Columbia. Sharon is fascinated by all things relating to brain injury and neuroscience, and is eager to support research around individualized, holistic care for people from diverse backgrounds. She also enjoys working with older adults in neurorehabilitation settings. Presently, Sharon is completing a graduate research project, contributing to a systematic review on racial and ethnic disparities in rehabilitation for individuals with traumatic brain injuries across the lifespan. The ABI research lab has allowed her to further develop her skillsets and passion for research surrounding brain injuries and rehabilitation.
