Catherine Lili Brodeur is an undergraduate student at the University of Montreal in the Department of Psychology, where she focuses her efforts in a neurology stream that will allow her to eventually pursue doctoral studies in Neuropsychology. In the summer of 2021, she joined the ABI Lab as a research assistant (tele-health evaluator) on the SSHRC funded project: Co-creating, implementing, and evaluating a community-based peer-run physical activity program to enhance sport and exercise participation for adults with moderate to severe traumatic brain injury. Passionate about the inner workings of the human brain, she aspires to continue her graduate studies in neuropsychology and devote herself to the advancement of knowledge about improving care for people with neurological disorders (e.g., Alzheimer’s disease). The research training and exposure she is gaining at the ABI lab will be an invaluable experience for her future.
